I propose a very simple to make and delicious pistachio dessert pastries. Prepared with crushed biscuit base and with a cream made with cream, mascarpone and fabulous pistachio cream. Must try.

6 dessert recipe:
130 g of finely chopped cookies
50 g melted butter
1 g ground cinnamon (optional)
250 g mascarpone
250 ml cream
100 g fabulous pistachio cream
50 g icing sugar

to decorate:
Crispy pistachio

Preparation: in a bowl mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and cinnamon and pour on the bottom of the glass 2-3 teaspoons of biscuit base, align and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the cream, in a container or planetary mix mascarpone with icing sugar, pour the cream and assemble it all. Once ready the cream, set aside 1/3 ... In remaining cream to incorporate Pistachio cream. Pour the cream into the glasses, filling them to about 2/3, decorated with the white cream that you put aside earlier and crunchy pistachios, let stand the dessert in the fridge for about an hour and serve.
